Food effect: Food has only modest effect on Nicotine onset. Take with or without food depending on GI tolerance.
Half-life and dosing frequency
Short 2-hour half-life, most of the dose is cleared by mid-afternoon if taken in the morning.
Acute vs. chronic effect
